A Time to Soar is a dynamic allegorical sculptural composition symbolizing the US as the leader of the coalition and its victorious efforts to liberate the country of Kuwait from Iraq's occupying army. They are the lead elements in a composition consisting of stone reliefs depicting the war and carved textures representing the environment that the war was conducted.
